there fore L =41-B

so , L*B =400

B*(41-B) =400

B 2 - 41 B +400=0(MIDDLE TERM FACTORISATION)

B 2 - (25 B - 16 B)  +400=0

B 2 =25 B -16 B +400 = 0

B(B -25 ) - 16 ( B-25)

therefore breadth and length are either 25 and 16 respectively or 16 and 25 respectively
