PERIMETER = 70 CM

LET THE SIDE BE X

X + X + X = 70

3X = 70

X = 70 ÷ 3 = 23.3 cm

AREA =

 \sqrt{} {70(70 - 23.3) \times (70 - 23.3)}  \times (70 - 23.3)

 \sqrt{70 \times 46.7 \times 46.7 \times 46.7}

AREA = 2670 cm

 {}^{area \:  = 2670cm2}
