Height = 16m

To find, 

The area of the trapezium.

Solution:

$Area = \frac{1}{2}\times Heigth \times ( Sum \ of\ Non\ parallel\ sides)$

⇒ $\frac{1}{2}\times 16 (18+22)$

⇒  $8\times 40 = 320\ m^{2}$

Therefore are is 320 m².
