Hi friend, Harish  here.

Here is your answer:

Given that:

Non Parallel sides are 18m & 22m .

Height = 16m

To find,

The area of the trapezium.

Solution:

Area =  \frac{1}{2}\times Heigth \times ( Sum \ of\ Non\ parallel\ sides)

⇒  \frac{1}{2}\times 16 (18+22)

⇒  8\times 40 = 320\ m^{2}

Therefore are is 320 m².
