Let the sides be 3x, 4x, and 5x.
The perimeter = 144
Sum of sides = perimeter
3x + 4x + 5x = 144
12x = 144
x = 12

sides = 3x = 3(12) = 36 m
4x = 4(12) = 48 m
5x = 5(12) = 60 m

Area = 103680 m^3.

Hope this helps!

let be sides are 3x, 4x and 5x

P = a + b + c

144 = 3x + 4x + 5x
144 = 12x
144÷12 = x
12 = x

a = 3x = 36
b = 4x = 48
c = 5x = 60

s = p/2
s = 144÷2
s = 72
Heron's formula
area of triangle = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
