The perimeter of the Triangle = a + b + c

\: \: \: \: \: \leadsto \: \: {12x} \: \: = \: \: {36}

\: \: \: \: \: \leadsto \: \: x \: \: = \: \: \cancel{\frac{36}{12}}

\: \: \: \: \: \leadsto \: \: x \: \: = \: \: {3}

Now,

  • 3x = 3 × 3 = 9cm
  • 4x = 4 × 3 = 12cm
