let side of second square be y.

perimeter = 32 cm

4 y = 32

y = 8 cm

area of third square = 100 - 64 = 36 cm sq

let side of third square be z

z*z = 36

z = 6 cm

perimeter of third square = 4* z = 4*6= 24cm
