HEYA!

SOLUTION

GIVEN THAT PERIMETER IS 130CM

WE KNOW THAT PERIMETER OF RECTANGLE IS 2×(L+B)

PERIMETER OF A RECTANGLE = 2×(L+B)

130CM = 2×(L+30CM)

130= 2L+60

130-60=2L

70=2L

L= 70/2

L= 35CM

HOPE THIS HELPS

let the rectangle have a length of x cm.

we have

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

→ perimeter of rectangle =  2(x+30) = 130

x+30 = 65

x = 35

Hence length of rectangle = x = 35 cm
