The perimeters of a rectangle and a square are same. The length and
breadth of the rectangle are 35 cm and 25 cm respectively. Which figure
has greater area and how much ?

(35+25) = 2 × side

60/2 = side

side = 30

AREA OF SQUARE = (side)2

= (30)2

= 900 cm2
