HEY BUDDY..!!!

HERE'S THE ANSWER..

___________________________

♠️ let it one of 2 equal side be ( x ) , So the sum of 2 equal side is 2 x

▶️ A.T.Q , its third side is 2 / 3 of sun of 2 equal sides, i.e

⏺️sum of equal sides = x + x = 2 x

⏺️its third side = 2 / 3 × ( 2 x ) = 4 x / 3

✔️ Now we know perimeter is sum of all sides , i.e

=> Perimeter = 2 x + ( 4 x / 3 )

=> 40 = ( 6 x + 4 x ) / 3 \\ by taking L.C.M.

=> 6 x + 4 x = 40 × 3

=> 10 x = 120

=> [ x = 12 ] ✔️✔️

▶️So it's sides are

⏺️ One of equal side = 12 cm ✓

⏺️ another equal side = 12 cm ✓

⏺️Non equal side = 4 x / 3 = 4 × 12 / 3 = 4 × 4 = ( 16 cm )

HOPE HELPED..

JAI HIND..
