the petimeter of a rectangle is 80meters and its length is one meter more than twice the breadth.what are its length and breadth?

let breadth is x
and length is 2x +1
so perimeter of rectangle=2(x+2x+1)=80
=2(3x+1)=80
6x+2=80
6x=78
x=13
so length =2x+1=2×13+1=27
and breadth=13
