More will be the acidity of the solution, more will be the pH. Acidity defines the ability to lose H+ ions to the solution.
HCl is the strongest acid. NaCl is the salt formed by the strong acid and strong base. Hence, it will have pH 7. NaCN is the salt of strong base and weak acid. So, the pH will be above 7 (basic). NH4Cl is the salt formed by the strong acid and weak base. So, its pH will be less than 7.
Thus, the order of pH will be: HCl>NH4Cl>​NaCl>​NaCN

Hence option B is correct.
