Ciao,
.as acidity is determined by the oxidation state of central atom .and as in HCLO4 the oxidation state of chlorine is +7 ,of HCLO3 cl has +5,HClO2 has +3 oxidation state of cl.and in HClo its +1. so option a is correct.
