The phase difference between two S.H.M.S y1=a sin(wt-kx);y2=b cos(wt-kx)

put t=0 and x=0 in both equations.... convert in a same function either in sin or cos....the the angle that came will be the phase difference.....here phase difference is pi/2 i.e. 90°
