Answer: Liquid

Explanation:

Water is a most common substance in our atmosphere.

It generally exists in liquid state whereas it freezes at 0°C or 273 K temperature.

From 0°C or 273 K to 100°C or 373 K it exists in liquid state. It boils at 100°C or 373 K and change to vapor or gaseous state of matter.

Here at 300 K temperature means 300 - 273 = 27°C means water will be at room temperature and at that temperature water will exist in liquid state of matter.
