In order to change the preceding sentences into a compound sentence we must follow the rules of compound interest which is that compound sentences are composed of two distinct clauses that have ideas which are interconnected.


These two ideas are joined together with the help of a conjunction or semicolon.


Thus after compounding these sentences, they will transform into, “The picture was interesting, so we enjoyed it very much”
