The poem The Road not taken written by Robert Frost symbolises the paths that we hadn't taken in past.

The Road that we take decides our future. Even if we make a wrong choice we may regret it but can never go back to the past to make the choice again.

Once the poet was walking on a road. At a spot when he reached diversions, he had to chose one of them. One road was full of leaves, yellow in colour symbolizing many people have taken that path before.

The other path was full of green leaves. There were bushes there which shown for a long time many hadn't taken that path.

He says that in latter life he may regret his choice but he'll have no option to go back.

☆Thus we need to be careful while making choices as each of our choice is related to the destiny we'll have in future.
