Answer-:

In the third stanza, the poet becomes more philosophical. He says that the man who plants a tree plants it for the future generations who will reap all the benefits of it. He also says that the man planting a tree plants the whole heritage.

In this way,he helps hiscl country to grow economically and also serves his neighbourhood. In this way, the act of planting a tree can connect him directly to the creator.

He developed this idea in this stanza because he became more philosophical and wanted to tell more about the benefits of planting trees to the readers.
