= 6- 3a+3 = 2a-1

= 9-3a = 2a-1

5x+(1-2a)y= 3b

Put x=2, y=3 and a=2

5(2)+(1-2(2))*3 = 3b

10+ (-3)*3 = 3b

10-9 =3b

b= 1/3
