In the attachment I have answered
this problem geometrically.
Clearly the point of intersection of the
lines x =3 and y=2 is (3,2).

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY Y=3?
AS YOU SEE Y=3 MEANS THAT X COORDINATE AT EVERY POINT ON THIS LINE IS ZERO MEANS THIS LINE IS ALWAYS PARALLEL TO X AXIS.
SIMILARLY FOR X=2 THIS LINE INDICATES THAT THE VALUE OF Y COORDINATE ON THIS LINE IS ALWAYS ZERO MEANS THIS IS PARALLEL TO Y AXIS.
SOLUTION...
FROM THE EQUATION WE CONCLUDE THAT AT THE INTERSECTION POINT Y COORDINATE WILL BE 3 BECAUSE ONE OF THE LINE IS Y=3. AND X COORDINATE WILL BE 2 BECAUSE OTHER LINE IS X=2 SO YOUR REQUIRED POINTS ARE (2,3)
