The formula for collinear is x1(y2-y3)+x2(y3-y1)+x3(y1-y2) = 0
You have to substitute the points in this formula and prove that it is equal to 0. If it is equal to 0 then the points are collinear otherwise it is not collinear
(x1,y1) = (1,1)
(x2,y2) = (-2,7)
(x3,y3) = (3,-3)
