The parallelogram will have to triangles of equal areas in it.
Area of triangle ABC =( 4 ( 2-9) + 7(9-(-2))) 1/2 = 49/2
AB = √(3^2 + 4^2) = 5
Area of triangle = 1/2 base * height = 1/2 * AB * altitude
49 = 5 * altitude
altitude = 9.8 units
