The policies of East India company affected the Nawabs in many ways because Their policies were only meant for their profit. They reduced taxes almost finished them on goods because they were doing a business of goods. After the farmaan of Aurangzeb the taxes were remlved. but only on company's goods business but the workers of the company also wanted their personal profit so they were saying the merchants that they wil not pay the tax on their personal things too which caused a very big loss for Nawabs.Like this the company was making their profit which was affecting nawabs in very bad way
