The polio disease is caused by polio virus and the oral polio vaccine is to fight with polio disease is also made up of same polio virus after some treatment. Justify

Vaccines contain dead or weakened microbes. When a vaccine is injected or swallowed, our immune system produces special disease fighting substance called antibodies in response to the injected vaccine. These antibodies remain in the immune system and prevent from any future infections. The microbes in vaccine are treated so they become weakened and do not harm the body but able to trigger antibody formation.

In case of polio vaccine, the vaccine contains same virus which causes the disease , but in a weakened form so that they do not cause the disease but help the body in building immunity against it.
