20% of total population in Jahan=20/100*432000=86400
Population after 2 years=432000+86400*2=1036800
b)
Present population of Town in Jahan=432000
20% of total population in Jahan=20/100*432000=86400 
Population before 2 years=432000-86400*2= 259200
