Since,Present population of town is 80000
annual rate of increase in population = 4%

=>80000 × 4/100
=>800× 4
no. population for 2 years
=>3200 × 2
=> 6400

So, Population after two years will be
=> 80000 + 6400
=> 86400

hope it helps you.
