10 / 100 * 60000 = 6000
population increased after a year = 60000 + 6000= 66000
10 / 100* 66000 = 6600
population after 2 years = 66000+ 6600= 72600

10% of 60000 =10/100 ×60000 = 6000

population increment after a year = 60000 + 6000 = 66010 % of 66000 =10/100×66000=6600
