A = p {(1 + \frac{r}{100} )}^{t}

Now, Putting values,
 = 90000 {(1 + \frac{7}{100} )}^{2} \\ = 90000( { \frac{107}{100}) }^{2} \\ = 90000 \times \frac{107}{100} \times \frac{107}{100 } \\ = 9 \times {107}^{2} \\ = {3}^{2} \times {107}^{2} \\ = {(3 \times 107)}^{2} \\ = {321}^{2} \\ = 103041

Population of city after 2 years will be 103041.
