Given:

Position of the body moving along X-axis at time t is given by :
x=(t²-4t+6)
Differentiating with respect to t.
v = dx/dt =2t-4 
v=2t-4 m/s
Now at t=0;v1=2(0)-4=-4 m/s
now at t=3m/s
v2=2*3-4=6-4=2 m/s
