The position of a moving particle relates to time as follows :
x(t) = tsint, where x is in metres and t in seconds.
Prove that the body has initiated its journey from rest

Differentiating with respect to t, dx/dt = v

dx/dt = tcost + sint

v = tcost + sint

t = 0, v = u

u = 0×cos0 + sin0

u = 0 m/s

Hence the body started from rest.

Hey mate !!!!

As we know a particle which has initiated it's journey has 0 velocity at t=0.

thus we need to prove that at t=0 ;

The particle had 0 velocity.
