1)find x at t=0 & at t=5 then apply x2-x1/t2-t1 to find av velocity where x2 and x1 are the distances at t=5 and t=0 respectively
2)first find vel. by differentiating x with respect to time
and then in the equation of vel put values t =0&5 and obtain the respective. velocities then apply the formula V2-V1/t2-t1 to get av. acc
