Answer:

Element 'C' is most likely to Form as acidic oxide. The reason of course is that element 'A' is a Alkali metal,it will form a basic oxide.Element 'B' is an alkaline earth metal and it will also form a basic oxide.Elemnt 'D' is a noble gas and it will not react much.Element 'C' is a Halogen,a nonmetal.....Hence its oxide formed will be acidic.
