The new potential difference will be - KV

The electric field for medium with dielectric and without dielectric is given by - K = E1/E.

Here, k is dielectric constant, E1 is the new electric field and E is original electric field.

Now, we know electric field is equivalent to voltage per unit distance. Hence, K = V1/V. Therefore, new electric field will be V1 = KV.

V1 represents new electric field, K represents dielectric constant and V represents original voltage.
