The power factor of an

a.c. circuit is 0.5. what will be the phase difference between voltage and current in this circuit?

Hey !!

Power factor between voltage and current is given by Φ is phase difference.

cosΦ = 0.5 = 1/2

=> Φ = cos⁻¹ ( 1/2 )

=> π / 3
