Step-by-step explanation:

Age of A => 4x

Age of B => 7x

After 4 yrs,

A => 4x + 4

B => 7x + 4

But Acc.To.Question,

 \frac{4x + 4}{7x + 4}  \\  =    =  >  {3(4x + 4)} = {2(7x  + 4)}

 {12x + 12 = 14x + 8}

12x - 14x = 8 - 12

-2x = - 4

x = -2/-4

x = 2

=> 4 x 2 => 8yrs

=> 7 x 2 => 14yrs.

The ratio of the present age of A and B is 4 : 7. After ten years, the ratio of the ages of A and B will be 3:4. The rational is 2, hence their present ages, A's age is 4x = 4 × 2 = 8 years and B's age is 7x = 7 × 2 = 14 years.
