Answer:

let the age of the daughter is x

then the age of woman 3x+3

after 3 year the age of the women 2x+10

that is (3x+3)+3=2x+10

=>3x+6=2x+10

=>x=4

so the present age is 3x+3=3×4+3=15

Answer:

Let the present age of daughter be x

so the woman's age=3x+3

Three years hence their ages:-

daughter's age=x+3

woman's age=3x+3+3=3x+6

Given condition:-

woman's age will be 10 years more than twice the age of her daughter.

therefore,

3x+6=2(x+3)+10

3x+6=2x+6+10

3x+6=2x+16

x=10
