- The present ages of Kuber and Vaibhav are in the ratio 4:5. Four years later their

Answer:let the present age of kuber be 4x and Vaibhav 5x respectively ,

Therefore age of the two boys after 4 years will be (4+4x),(4+5x)

6(4+4x)=5(4+5x)

24+24x=20+25x

24x-25x=20-24

x=4

Hence the present age of kuber=4x=4×4=16 years

And, the present age of vaibhav is 5x=4×5=20years
