Pressure (P) = \frac{F}{A} where F is force and A is contact area.

If the wooden object is kept such that it's base (30cm x 30cm) is the contact area (touching ground) then,

First of all, area (A) must be in m ^{2}

In the question it's given that 1kg = 10N,

∴ F = 10\frac{N}{kg} * 162kg = 1620 Newtons

Also, A = 0.3m x 0.3m = 0.09m^{2}  {1m = 100cm, ∴ 30cm = 0.3m}

∴ P = \frac {1620}{0.09}·kg·m^{-2}

P = 18000 Pascals
