We know , pressure is given by :

P= W/A                            

Here , W is weight and A is area of surface .

Therefore , W= P* A     ----- ( 1 )

Now , Area of square is given by :

A = a^2

A = 0.04^2 m^2

A = 1.6 * 10^-3 m^2

Putting value of A and P in equation 1 .

We get :

W = 10 * 1.6 * 10^-3 N

W = 0.016 N

Therefore , the weight of the block is 0.016 N .
