\dashrightarrow \sf40000

Decreased Percentage :-

\dashrightarrow \sf \cancel\frac{40000}{250000} \times 100 = \frac{4}{25} \times 100 \\

\dashrightarrow \sf \frac{4 \times 100}{25} = \frac{400}{25} \\

\dashrightarrow \sf \cancel \frac{400}{25} = 16 \bf\% \\

\Huge\therefore =The decreased percentage is 16\bf \%.

first let's find out the 1% of the car's value

250000÷100=2500

Now 250000-210000= 40000

40000 is 16%

Means 16% is decrease in price of car....
