Let x = cost of 1 table
y = cost of 1 chair
Then,
x = y+20 --------(i)
and,.
2x + 3y = 34341
2(y+20) +3y= 34341 [using eqn (i)]
=> 2y + 40 +3y= 34341
=> 5y = 34341-40
=> y = 34301/5
=> y = 6860.2 --------(ii)
Using (ii) in (i)
x = 6860.2 + 20= 6880.2
Hence.
Cost of one table = Rs. 6880.2
Cost of one chair = Rs. 6860.2
y = cost of 1 chair
Then,
