Article 75 of the Indian Constitution envisions that there is the preference of the Prime Minister of India who shall be designated by the President. Prime Minister acts as the executive of the Cabinet Ministers. The main administrative powers of the authority are vested in the Prime Minister while the President is the formal leader of the State.
