Baghat was a princely state of the British Raj located in the modern day Himachal Pradesh. The first time the State was annexed was in 1739. This happened when the leader died without an issue of an heir and the state was deemed as a lapse state leading it to be annexed by the British.
The next time it was annexed was in 1849 when Bije Singh died without an heir as well.

Bhagat was the Princely state of British Raj. In 1739, Mahindar Singh died without issue, whereupon Baghát was treated as a lapsed state by the British. It was than annexed to the British in the same year
