Respected Sir,

I know we have been following the rule of a payment of 15 dollars to take from the student for the Scholarship jacket.  This year the deserving candidate does not have the money and she asked me that if she needs to pay for it, how it is a scholarship jacket. I did not have an answer for that.  

Martha is really the most deserving candidate and a straight A plus student for 8 years. It will be injustice to her if we give this jacket to someone else just because she doesn’t has the money.

I hereby request you to consider my appeal and ignore the payment for this year. I assure you Martha has bright future and she will make the school proud in coming years.
