Answer: Division of Work

Fayol proposed that division of work relays the idea that a particular outcome can be better achieved by employing several people of different skills for each aspect of the work.

It should be done with caution as over-dividing of work degrades the outcome.

When the work is divided it can be done fastly but it should also be ensured by each individual that whether it is done in efficient manner.
