Let the total number of balls be x

number of balls  = x [1/4]

no.of blue balls   = x[1/3]

no.of orange balls = 10

x = x/4 + x/3 + 10

x   = 3x + 4x +120/12

12x = 7x + 120

5x  = 120

x    = 24
