The process of removing Andorecium of a flower is called Emasculation.

Andorecium is a male reproductive part of a plant, also called stamen. It consists of a pollen containing anther and a filament.

The pollen grains are formed in anther. Removing a stamen from a flower is making it incapable of reproduction. Emasculated flowers can not undergo self-pollination as well cross pollination.
