The processes are as follows:-

Shearing

Shearing is done to the sheep. Their wool is taken either by hand or by using machines.It is done only once in a year.

Grading and sorting

The extracted wool is sorted according to its quality.The better quality wool are used for making woolen clothes

Refining

The wool contains several impurities and are cleaned thoroughly.Cleaning or refining removes the impurities.

Spinning

Spinning of wool is done by machines which leads to the formation of yarns.

Weaving

Weaving turns the yarns to fabric.This is also done by machines.

Finishing

The finishing touch is given to the wool.They are packed and prepared for sale.
