soluble food is absorbed via diffusion(main force) or active transporting to villas on the walls of the small intestine. glucose and amino acids are absorbed into the blood capillaries of the villus to be transported to the liver while the fatty acids and glycerol molecules are assimilated in to fat molecules to the absorbed into the lacteal. in the liver, glucose is converted to glycogen while the excess amino acids are deaminated into urea to be later excerated as urine
