The process process of freezing is an example of physical change even though water and ice have different properties. Why?

Physical change can be reversible so the freezing of water to form ice and then melt it to form water can be done...

The properties of the substance does not matter.Its all about the basic structure of its molecule.And,in water-- solid liquid or even gas, the molecular formula remains the same i.e. H2O
