the product of rational number is -28 upon 81 if one of the number is 14 upon 27 find the other​

Answer:
Let the rational number be a.
a×14/27=-28/81
a=-28/81÷14/27
a=-28/81×27/14
a=-2/3
Thus, the rational number is - 2/3.
